- 2009 appointed to provide Estate management consultancy advice for Northacre’s The Lancasters, Hyde Park development. 77 Prime apartments set within a retained façade of 15 grand houses from the mid 1800’s.
- 2011 Appointed managing agent of The Lancasters.
- 2013 Appointed to provide Estate management consultancy for Exemplar and Aviva Investors in the substantial mixed-use development Fitzroy Place comprising 290 apartments and substantial residents’ amenities.
- 2015 Appointed to provide Estate management consultancy for Frogmore Realty and Galliard Homes’s The Chilterns a prime development in Marylebone, commencing management in 2016.
- 2016 Appointed to provide BNP Paribas with Estate management consultancy for their first UK residential tower scheme, Hexagon Apartments. Successfully brought into our management portfolio in early 2019.
- 2016 appointed on behalf of the Carlyle Group to provide Estate management consultancy on their super-prime development, St. James’s House, St. James’s. It completed in late 2018 and was successfully brought into our management portfolio.
- In 2019 Qube were appointed to provide management for the Aperture Group’s Mayfair and Westminster portfolio which included block and lettings management services provided by Qube Lettings Management at their developments.
- At the end of 2020 we completed our Estate management consultancy on 38-40 Lowndes square super-prime development and commenced management services.
- Qube continues to provide Estate management advice to a number of niche developers at prime London developments.
